Join us on Sunday, November 13, 2011 for a 5K run along the Jones Falls
The Race begins at Meadowood Park on Falls Rd at 8:00 a.m.  Proceeds from the race will support watershed restoration along the Jones Falls and other MD streams

ENTRY FEES AND REGISTRATION
$30 if paid by November 6, $35 thereafter and $40 on race day. Register online

Race day registration begins at 7:00 am at Meadowood Park.

AWARDS
Awards will be given out to the top three men and women overall and the first place men and women runners in age award groups: 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+

RACE LIMITATIONS
The race is open to runners only, no bikes, skaters, baby strollers, joggers, walkers or pets. All runners must be able to run a 12 minute mile.

A flat fast wooded course along the scenic Jones Falls

AFTER THE RACE THERE WILL BE AWARDS, MUSIC, FOOD AND BEVERAGES.
